We confirm

We will come back to you with your total and a confirmed pickup time. If something has sold out, we will tell you what else is good.

Pull up and collect

Come to the trailer at 910 W Landry Street, give your name at the window, and pay when you pick up.

Orders are confirmed by email or text before they are started, so nothing gets cooked until we have spoken. Payment is taken at pickup.

Good to know

Before you order

Forty-five minutes covers most orders. If you are feeding a group, say more than eight plates or several dozen wings, give us a day’s notice so we can cook it properly rather than rushing it.
Payment is taken at the window when you collect. We will confirm your total before we start cooking, so there are no surprises when you pull up.
We cook in batches and some things go early, especially on a Friday. If what you asked for is gone, we will come straight back to you and tell you what is good instead.
Not at the moment. Everything is pickup from the trailer at 910 W Landry Street. If you need food brought to you, that is catering, and we would be glad to quote it. Request catering here.
Tell us in the notes field and we will be straight with you about what we can do. Bear in mind everything is cooked in one trailer where shellfish, wheat and dairy are all in use, so we cannot promise no cross-contact.
Absolutely. For anything over about fifteen people, catering usually works out better: you get trays, serving portions and a fixed price per head. Have a look at catering.
