Cooked down for hours until the meat falls off the bone, in a deep brown gravy over rice. Our stew includes oxtails, honeycomb tripe and more.
Meat & Gravy over Rice
Tender smothered beef or pork in seasoned gravy, the way it comes out of a Sunday pot.
Soul Food Plate
Choice of meat with two sides and cornbread or sliced bread. The full plate, no shortcuts.
Seafood
Crawfish Fettuccine Signature
Crawfish tails in a creamy, well-seasoned sauce folded through fettuccine. The one people drive in for. Includes one (1) piece of fried catfish and garlic bread.
Crawfish Étouffée
A proper roux, seasonings, and crawfish tails simmered down and served over rice. Includes one (1) piece of fried catfish and one (1) side.
Fried Catfish
Cornmeal crusted and fried to order, crisp on the outside and flaky through the middle.

BBQ Sweet & Spicy Wings Spicy
Fresh off the grill and tossed in a sweet heat glaze that shows up a second after the first bite. Includes your choice of one (1) side and sliced bread.
Fried Wings
Straight up, seasoned through the batter, fried crisp. Add a sauce if you want one. Includes one (1) side and sliced bread.
