We confirm
We will come back to you with your total and a confirmed pickup time. If something has sold out, we will tell you what else is good.
Pull up and collect
Come to the trailer at 910 W Landry Street in Opelousas, give your name at the window, and enjoy the food.
Place a pickup order
Orders are confirmed by email or text before they are started, so nothing gets plated until we have confirmed payment. Payment is taken online for pre-orders and at pickup for walk-ups.

Before you order
Forty-five minutes covers most orders. If you are feeding a group, say more than eight plates or several dozen wings, give us a day’s notice so we can cook it properly rather than rushing it.
Payment is taken online or at the window when you pickup. We will confirm your total before packaging, so there are no surprises when you pickup.
We cook based on pre-orders. If you decide to chance it without ordering ahead, feel free to text us at 337-943-0657 to see what’s still available.
Not at the moment. Everything is pickup from the trailer at 910 W Landry Street. If you need food brought to you, that is catering, and we would be glad to provide you a quote. Request catering here.
Tell us in the notes field and we will be straight with you about what we can do. Bear in mind everything is cooked in one trailer where shellfish, wheat and dairy are all in use, so we cannot guarantee no cross-contact.
Absolutely. For anything over about fifteen people, catering usually works out better: you get trays, serving portions and a fixed price per head. Have a look at catering.
